Catering

Can you provide staff for our event?
In most cases we can provide staff if we have plenty of notice.
Can you help us set up our party?
Yes, we can. We have experienced staff who can help set up your party and arrange the food.
Are gluten free and vegan options available?
Yes, our kitchen can provide you with options to suit your guests.
Can I use my own dishes and serving ware?
Yes, if the dishes are supplied to our store 2 days before your event.
Can you provide tailored catering for our function if we require things that are not on your menu?
In most cases we may be able to, however you may need to sit down with our catering manager for a one-on-one.

Delivery & Pickup

What are our delivery days?
If ordered before 9pm Monday to Sunday (Melbourne time) delivery will be next day
Orders can be placed 7 days in advance.
Delivery times are between 11am – 3pm. If required later contact us on 9576 1910 to discuss.
** Note no deliveries on Sunday. For larger catering orders please phone instore on 9576 1910 to discuss Sunday option.
What are our delivery charges?
0 - 5km Free if order is over $100 within 5km – otherwise a charge of $10 plus gst
5.1 - 10km $15 plus gst
10.1 – 15km $25 plus gst
15.1 and over Please contact us for a quote on 9576 1910
How do I know if you deliver to my area and how much it will cost?
Delivery costs and area availability will be displayed on checkout page after a postcode has been entered or you can visit the delivery page on the website to check.

Due to the nature of distributing food we cannot deliver to all areas around Melbourne. Please use the Shipping Method field on the Checkout page to determine if we can deliver to your area and at what cost. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information or for special requests.
What happens if nobody is home?
Someone needs to be home to receive delivery. However, if authorisation to leave goods is requested, Stocked does not take any responsibility for the goods.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries arrive between 11 am to 4pm. Please note, we can’t guarantee delivery time until the morning of the delivery.
Can I pickup my order?
You can pick up orders from 11am unless organised prior with the store of pickup.
What days don't you deliver?
We don't deliver on Sunday, public holidays, and Xmas week.
